Conditions for Philippine Players

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and goodjl ("goodjl", "we", "us", "our") for the use of the goodjl online betting and gaming platform accessible at goodjl.best. By accessing, registering, or placing any wager on goodjl, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood them, and agree to be bound by them.

goodjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the goodjl website. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. goodjl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or an on-platform notice.

These Terms are governed by applicable Philippine law. Any dispute arising from the use of goodjl will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable gaming regulations.

2. Eligibility

To use goodjl and place any wager, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of placing wagers.
• You are not accessing goodjl from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by local law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or affiliate of goodjl or any related entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on goodjl or any other platform you are registered with.
• You are of full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

goodjl may request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide acceptable documentation within the timeframe specified by goodjl may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings accumulated during a period where eligibility requirements were not met may be voided.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered goodjl account only. Any player found to hold multiple accounts will have duplicate accounts closed and any associated balances may be forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password recovery function on the goodjl login page — do not create a new account.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and keep your account details current. The name on your goodjl account must match the name on your verified payment method. Discrepancies between your goodjl account name and your GCash, Maya, or bank account name may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goodjl username and password. Do not share your credentials with anyone. goodjl will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to protect your login information. 3.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting goodjl support. goodjl reserves the right to close any account that violates these Terms, including accounts associated with fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or illegal betting activity. In cases of voluntary self-exclusion, goodjl will process the request promptly.

4. Deposits

All deposits to goodjl are processed in Philippine Peso. goodjl supports the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. • Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• goodjl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, including family members, friends, or agents.
• goodjl does not charge a deposit fee on its platform side. Your payment provider's own fees, if any, remain the responsibility of the player.
• Deposits are typically credited to your goodjl balance instantly for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer methods may take longer during weekends or public holidays.
• If a deposit does not appear in your goodjl balance within the expected time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from goodjl must be made to a payment account held in your own name. goodjl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The withdrawal destination should be the same method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the goodjl compliance team.

• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, or UnionBank may take up to one business day.
• goodjl reserves the right to perform identity and payment verification checks before processing withdrawal requests.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the goodjl cashier page at the time of request.
• Winnings from promotional offers may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Terms for individual promotions are displayed at the time the offer is made.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed at goodjl are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placement, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific market rule and these general Terms, the specific market rule takes precedence for that market.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only accepted and binding once goodjl issues a confirmation on your bet slip. Until that confirmation is displayed, no bet has been placed. Review your selection, market, odds, and stake carefully before pressing confirm. goodjl cannot cancel or amend confirmed bets under any circumstances.

6.2 Odds and Prices

goodjl offers odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The price locked in at confirmation is the price that will apply to your bet regardless of subsequent market movements. During live in-play betting, odds move rapidly and markets may be suspended between key events in the game.

6.3 Void Bets

goodjl will void a bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within the applicable settlement window; an obvious pricing error is identified and the bet was placed at a manifestly incorrect price; a technical error occurs during placement that goodjl can demonstrate resulted in an inaccurate bet record. Voided bets have the original stake returned to your goodjl balance.

6.4 Settlement

Markets settle based on the official result of the relevant competition. goodjl uses official competition data for settlement. In cases where official results are delayed, goodjl may also defer settlement. goodjl's settlement decision is final once confirmed in the system.

• Live score data shown on goodjl is for informational purposes and is not the official basis for settlement.
• Total points and spread markets in PBA basketball settle on the full regulation time score only, excluding overtime unless the market specifically states otherwise.
• Volleyball set markets settle on the individual set result regardless of the overall match outcome.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

goodjl may offer bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms displayed at the time the offer is presented. The following general bonus rules apply to all goodjl promotional offers:

• Bonus offers are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and may carry wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• goodjl reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including through multi-accounting or coordinated betting, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any promotional balance.
• goodjl's decision on whether a player has met the conditions of a promotional offer is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on goodjl and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Placing bets on behalf of or as an agent for any third party.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access the goodjl platform.
• Exploiting errors in software or pricing to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or having prior knowledge of a compromised result at the time of placing a bet.
• Money laundering or using goodjl for any form of financial fraud.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once.
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information to goodjl.
• Attempting to access another player's goodjl account without authorisation.

goodjl cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Suspicious activity will be flagged and reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and gaming regulations.

9. Responsible Gaming

goodjl is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem. goodjl takes this seriously and provides practical tools within your account settings to help you manage your play.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your goodjl account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately or increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to appear after a set period of continuous play on goodjl.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent. goodjl will close your account for the requested period and you will not be able to register a new account during the exclusion window.

11. Limitation of Liability

goodjl provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, goodjl excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues outside goodjl's reasonable control.
• Delays in live odds data caused by third-party data providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• Betting decisions made by the player based on information available on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

goodjl's maximum liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform, in any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

goodjl reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. goodjl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or an on-platform notification. Your continued use of goodjl after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any change to these Terms, you may close your account by contacting the goodjl support team. Any outstanding balance at the time of account closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.
